I picked up this '61 Panhead project the other day, it is in pretty decent condition for all it's been through. Someone cut the tank mounts off , a pretty common alteration back in the day. I have been guilty of doing the same when I was younger.
The tank mounts can be welded back on or build it with a smaller tank. The original fenders have surface rust but are almost dead straight.
