We had a chance to see the famous Munro Special at Indian Days West, pretty amazing machine for a 1920 Scout. When it was fired up the sound was so intense you could taste it. I kind of wished it had been left as is instead of "restored". I doubt if it ever looked this good when Mr. Munro ran it at Bonneville. The guy that owned it swore it was THE original bike, don't know for sure.
