Started working out today, I am 53 years old and have lost my conditioning (to say the least). I have a Total Gymn which works very well and plan on combining this with running and riding a bicycle. I would like to lose at least 20 pounds and be at around 200 lbs. for the ride. I will gain power from the little Scout just by getting in fighting trim ! I used to do martial arts and need to pick that up again as soon as I find a Dojo.
