A Different Time

This was a different time for sure, here is a gentleman on a Harley Davidson flat track bike wearing a sweater and tie.  Contrary to popular belief The Company did not build their business on the outlaw image.  To the contrary, they really tried to make motorcycling appeal to the every man.  The motorcycles were as quiet as possible while retaining performance and men rode their bikes with a sweater or jacket and a tie.
